If you’re here, you’re probably dreaming about your wedding—maybe scrolling venues in Lebanon or Lancaster County, pinning ideas on Pinterest, or just starting to wonder, “Where do we even begin?” I’m so glad you’ve landed on my little corner of the internet.

I’m Maria, a wedding planner right here in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, and I help couples create days that feel completely them—joyful, stress-free(ish!), and full of love. But before we talk timelines, florals, or budgets, I thought I’d share a bit about who I am outside of weddings. Because the best celebrations come from real people planning for real people.

At home, I’m surrounded by my favorite crew: my wonderful husband, our amazing daughter, and our two furry chaos-makers (our beloved fur babies). Family time is everything to us—we’re the type who turn Friday nights into epic game nights with board games, snacks, and way too much laughter. (Pro tip: Never underestimate the power of a competitive round of UNO to bring everyone closer!)

Our daughter just kicked off a new chapter in softball after years of figure skating, cheer, and dance. Watching her chase new adventures reminds me every day how important it is to support what lights someone up—and that’s exactly the energy I bring to every couple I work with. My husband and I? We’re all about the outdoors. We love hiking, exploring local spots around Central PA, and capping off the day with a cozy fire pit under the stars. There’s something magical about gathering around crackling flames, sharing stories, and just being present. (Sound familiar? A lot of the weddings I plan have that same warm, gathered-around-the-fire vibe—whether it’s a sparkler exit, a late-night s’mores bar, or golden-hour portraits by the bonfire.)

A little guilty pleasure of mine: true crime podcasts and shows. I can get lost in a good mystery for hours (don’t worry—I keep the suspense out of your wedding day!). And if there’s music playing? You’ll probably catch me bopping in the corner at your reception—dancing is one of my favorite ways to celebrate life. So if your playlist has a beat, don’t be surprised if your planner joins the dance floor for a quick spin!

One of our all-time favorite escapes as a couple is Key West. The sunsets, the laid-back island vibe, the way everything just feels slower and sweeter—it’s our happy place and a big inspiration for creating relaxed, joyful celebrations that let couples (and their guests) truly soak in the moment.
